About the Job:

Come support our operations as a Non-CDL 3/4 & 1 Ton LTL Owner-Operator. We are a Houston-based trucking and logistics company seeking reliable and motivated individuals that owner 3/4 or 1-ton trucks and trailer. These roles are regional or OTR, so comfort with extended time away is a must.

Hotshot Owner-Operator (Non-CDL).

Requirements:

  • Trailer hauling experience are a must.
  • Provide your own truck, trailer, and equipment:
    • ¾ ton or 1-ton truck 35’/40’ gooseneck.
    • Must be well maintained and pass inspection.
  • Valid driver's license (Non-CDL acceptable).
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with:
    • No Moving Violation in the last 3 years.
    • No at-fault accidents in the last 5 years.
    • No DWI/DUI offenses in the last 7 years.
    • Felony convictions must be at least 7 years old to be considered for leasing onto our company.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test & background check.
  • Proficiency in handling operator-level breakdowns, including basic automotive repairs.


Responsibilities:

As a 3/4 & 1 Ton LTL Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling LTL deliveries and vehicles regionally and over-the-road.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with our dispatcher.
  • Managing your schedule to maximize earnings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operating within FMCSA and DOT driving guidelines.
  • Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and conducting basic automotive repairs.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatchers to secure loads that align with your schedule and maximize your earning potential.


Position Details:

  • This is a 1099 contract position.
  • You will be a contractor who is leased onto our company.
  • We also have a subhauler program if you wish to run under your own authority.
  • This role offers significant autonomy, and success is driven by your dedication, reliability, and ability to meet delivery standards.
  • Earn between $3,000-$6,000 gross weekly. 
  • Higher earnings possible based on skill and experience.
