Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
**Interviewing New Graduate Nurse Practitioners or Nurse Practitioners wanting to get into ICU
**Must have 2+ years of ICU RN experience to be considered on the above
**WILL TRAIN ON DEVICES!
We’re seeking an Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) with strong critical care experience to support an advanced Heart Failure ICU team.
What You’ll Need
- AGACNP certification (required)
- 2–3 years of RN in Critical Care required
- If you have Critical Care experience as an NP, that is a huge plus
- Cardiology or Cardiovascular ICU experience highly preferred
- New NPs must have strong RN background in:
- Critical Care/ICU
- Cardiac Care , including fresh transplants , LVADs , and ECMO
- Experience with heart failure populations strongly desired

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time Nights (12-hour shifts: 7p–7a, paid for 40 hours/week)
- Rotating weekends & holidays
- No call requirements
- 8% geographical pay differential
