Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OB/GYN team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to patients. The CNM will provide comprehensive womens health services including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care in both the outpatient and hospital settings. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving the diverse community of the Central Coast.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Annual Salary: $142,898.00 - $160,046.00 / year DOE with opportunity for productivity bonus

• Active California Certified Nurse Midwife licensure
• Active RN license
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
