Job Description

**Banner University Medical Center Tucson (BUMCT) is seeking a Physician Assistant to assist in providing Orthopedic Sports Medicine care.** Based out of BUMCT, this provider will work closely with a collaborative team, managing patients in our growing Sports Medicine division. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, a good communicator, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. The ideal PA candidate must be energetic in nature and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The provider in this role should have a passion for sports medicine. Experience in evaluating sports medicine injuries and experience working with athletes is a plus. Services will be provided at both our BUMCT-Main and BUMC-T South Campus clinics. **Minimum Requirements:** + Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant Arizona License + Current CPR and BLS + Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance + Ultrasound experience preferred + Excellent communication skills and ready to thrive in an academic environment + Ability to work effectively within a team + Sports Medicine experience preferred but highly qualified new graduates welcome to apply **Work Schedule** : Full Time |M-F | Daytime Shift (7-5) | No Call, No Weekends! **Location: Banner University Medical Center Tucson:** 707 N.
