Overhead Crane/Kettle Operator Location: Harrisburg, NC
Pay Rate: $18/hour + $1 shift differential Shift: Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. We pay Weekly! Job Description:
This position involves operating overhead cranes and managing kettles in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks in outdoor conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials.
• Monitor and maintain kettle temperatures, ensuring safety and product quality.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions to complete required tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following company safety guidelines.

Work Environment:
This is a challenging industrial environment. Please be prepared for the following conditions:

• Very hot temperatures due to the nature of the work.
• Outdoor work, exposed to various weather conditions.
• Exposure to fumes, dust, and dirt.
• The need for personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with overhead crane operations
• Ability to work the scheduled night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday to Thursday).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of handling heat and performing hands-on tasks in a dusty environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
