We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as a Storm Damage Canvasser / Appointment Setter . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners in storm-affected areas, helping them understand their options for property inspections and restoration services.

As a key member of our field team, you will go in targeted neighborhoods, educate homeowners about potential storm damage, and set up free inspections with our experienced project managers. No sales experience is required—just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do:

• Canvass designated neighborhoods impacted by recent storms
• Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate them on potential storm damage and insurance restoration processes
• Schedule free, no-obligation inspections with our team
• Track leads and appointments using mobile tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
