Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Grocery & Whole Body Overnight Team Member! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be cross-trained across various departments within our store, allowing you to constantly learn about new products and enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customers' needs effectively and promptly.
• Work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, to ensure smooth operations.
• Process customer purchases, returns, and credits with accuracy.
• Ensure that all shelves and displays are well-stocked and attractively presented.
• Rotate products and remove out-of-date items to maintain freshness.
• Support proper signage (Electronic Shelf Label) throughout the store.
• Stay informed about new products and their correct placements.
• Adhere to the highest retail standards and follow all 365 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in fiscal period and quarter-end inventories.
• Communicate essential information to leadership and maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
• Model the vision and goals of 365 by Whole Foods Market.
• Develop a broad understanding of competitors and industry trends.
• Complete all training programs and focus on expanding product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and clean work environment.
• Use courteous phone etiquette to enhance customer communication.
• Follow all health and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe shopping experience.
• Attend all assigned meetings, including daily huddles, to stay aligned with team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability with excellent follow-through.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A willingness to learn about products throughout the store quickly.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to forge positive relationships with team members and leadership.
• Commitment to responsibility and accountability for tasks.
• Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
