Job Summary:
Job Duties:
Support maintenance personnel by identifying, locating, and issuing repair parts.
Reconcile material movements and maintain accurate ERP/CMMS system data.
Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and audits of part information.
Organize and maintain inventory areas in accordance with facility standards.
Prepare small package shipments (UPS, overnight, certified, etc.).
Ensure compliance with cGMP and food safety requirements by reporting any concerns.
Provide back-up support to the MRO/Inventory team as needed.
Perform additional tasks as directed by facility leadership.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience in maintenance support, inventory management, or manufacturing preferred.
Valid driver’s license required; must meet internal driving standards.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and vendor platforms (UPS, etc.).
Prior experience with SAP, ERP, or MRP systems preferred.
