Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process regular payroll cycles accurately and on time for hourly and salaried employees
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Review and audit timesheets, wage calculations, and deductions for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to support benefit deductions, leave adjustments, and new hire onboarding
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits, reconciliations, and year-end processes
• Monitor changes in payroll regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates to ensure compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee information
• Assist with special projects and process improvements within the payroll function
