Description Pediatric Dental Assistant - Fort Worth Children's Dentistry Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM Fort Worth Children's Dentistry is looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric team! If you have 2-3 years of dental assisting experience, a love for working with children, and a desire to be part of a positive and supportive team, we want to hear from you!
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping children build healthy habits and happy smiles that last a lifetime. Our ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, flexible, and eager to grow professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Dental Assistant with 2-3 years of experience
Pediatric dental experience is preferred, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!

Requirements Education/Credentials:
- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
- Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job related experience:
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
- Pediatric experience, preferred

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Communication - effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.

- Must possess excellent organizational skills- strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working conditions:
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
- Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
