🔍 About the Role :

Varcons Inc. is seeking a Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying incidents, and coordinating incident analysis and resolution across teams. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in performance monitoring tools, we'd love to hear from you!.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and respond to incidents.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Conduct incident reviews to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with different teams to analyze performance bottlenecks and system health.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolution processes, and lessons learned.
• Assist in optimizing system performance and implementing preventive measures.

📜 Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in performance monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Instana, Datadog, Prometheus, or other observability platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to correlate logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
