You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Responsibilities:Alessi Fitness is owned by Dr. Derek Alessi, a 29-year-old health and wellness-focused service business located in East Amherst, NY. We help clients through our three pillars: The Right Exercise, The Right Diet, and accountability. We work with a clientele between 40 and 75 years of age to lose weight, drop body fat, reduce or eliminate medications, and improve the quality of their lives. We provide premium-level personal training, nutritional services, and progress management. Our track record is established by helping thousands of individuals attain their health and fitness goals with long-term success.
