Operations/Personal Assistant (Business + Personal) Startup & Multi-Business Environment Position: Part-Time Personal/ Operations Assistant (with growth to Full-Time)
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week to start; flexible schedule. Could be Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm, four longer days, or another agreed-upon structure. Opportunity to grow to 40 hours as workload expands.
Compensation: $30-$32 per hour, W2 to start depending on experience
Benefits: No benefits at this time; benefits expected to be introduced as the company grows

About the Role An entrepreneur launching a new luxury consumer brand while actively managing several small businesses across retail, e-commerce, and real estate is seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-savvy Personal/ Operations Assistant to serve as a true right hand. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that blends business operations support with select personal assistance.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys variety, and is excited to help build and scale businesses from the ground up. No two days will be the same, and the right candidate will play a key role in the creation, organization, and growth of a new brand and existing ventures.
Key Responsibilities Business & Operations Support - Coordinate and manage freelancers and external partners across design, development, operations, social media, and logistics
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple businesses, including retail, e-commerce, and real estate projects
- Assist with e-commerce operations such as order fulfillment coordination, inventory tracking, and product updates
- Support website setup, maintenance, and ongoing improvements (Shopify or similar platforms; training provided if needed)
- Conduct research, coordination, and logistics support for real estate projects
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems, processes, and workflows
Digital & Marketing Support - Assist with social media management, primarily Instagram, including content coordination, scheduling, and use of digital tools
- Support brand and content initiatives as the luxury consumer brand is developed and launched
Personal & Executive Support - Manage scheduling, calendars, and day-to-day logistics
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as errands, coordination of meal prep, and general life administration
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and problem-solver, anticipating needs and handling tasks without constant direction
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. They are proactive, resourceful, and confident jumping into new areas without waiting for instruction.

- A proactive problem-solver who identifies what needs to be done and takes action
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a non-traditional work environment
- Interested in entrepreneurship, luxury or consumer brands, digital business, and/or real estate
Experience & Skills - Prior experience with Shopify is highly valued
- Startup, small business, or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred
- Experience in operations, e-commerce, social media, or executive support is a plus, but not required
- Eagerness to learn, execute, and take ownership is more important than a perfect resume
