- Bachelor's degree required, but Master's degree preferred in related field
- Experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Active PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification. (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION)
- Mainframe system operations experience.
- Hands-on expert experience with MS O365 applications.
- Experience working in state government.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe to Cloud experience
- Executive level written and oral communication skills.
- Experience within the last 5 years leading/coordinating vendor managed projects.
- Experience working in an Enterprise outsourced environment.
- Experience in Health and Human Services Systems, eligibility projects and business processes.
- IT project management experience.
