Physical Therapist (PT) position highlights:

· Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.

· Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.

· Evaluates results of therapy.

· Complete discharge planning.

Physical Therapist (PT) Minimum Qualifications:

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
