Project Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Position Summary

I am searching for a Project Engineer for a leading Architectural Sheet Metal Manufacturer and Subcontractor in the Los Angeles Area. You will be responsible for providing design, engineering and drafting support for your assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining Quality Control processes.
• Ensure that all information required to complete drafting assignments has be received and is in-hand before drafting work begins.
• Attend design, project meetings and project turnover meetings to ensure input information is correct.
• Maintain current AutoCAD and other software versions (and subsequent versions).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in engineering, design and drafting and with 2D AutoCAD or higher version.
• 5+ years exposure and experience within the sheet metal industry.
• Strong IT, software and hardware management skills.
