Location: Wooster, OH

Salary: $95k-$115k 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure successful delivery of construction projects while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project design and specifications are met.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain project integrity.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial, retail, and industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
