Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) needed in Franklin County. Situated at the confluence of the Columbia and Snake rivers, Pasco serves as a major logistics center for the Pacific Northwest.

This position is with a mission-driven healthcare organization that has been serving patients for decades, providing high-quality, compassionate care to the underinsured, uninsured, and low-income populations.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($120,000 – $145,000/year)
• Bonus potential: $24 per wRVU after 3,000 wRVUs
• Sign-on Bonus – $10,000
• Relocation – $10,000 for out of area providers

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Provide psychotherapy and medication evaluations and management to a range of clients having mental illness and substance abuse disorders
• Provides evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning services for patients
• Average 18-20 Patients a Day
• EMR – Athena Practice

Requirements

• Clear and Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) License in the State of Washington
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• New graduates will be considered
