Real Estate Sales Agent – EmpowerHome Team | Full-Time

Responsibilities:
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Meet with buyers and sellers, understand their goals, and guide them through the entire real estate process
• Manage all aspects of the transaction from lead to close
• Use proven lead follow-up systems to grow and nurture your sales pipeline
• Prospect for new leads to generate additional business
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a 5-star client experience
• Host team open houses monthly to attract buyers and build your network
• Master your schedule, workflow, and time-blocking strategies
• Participate in ongoing sales training through our University Program and attend weekly team meetings

Qualifications:
• Great communication and social skills
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Tech savvy
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Full-time availability

• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
