Job Description Summary
The Clinical Transplant Coordinator II reports to the Transplant Programs Manager of the Transplant Center. Under general supervision, the Clinical Transplant Coordinator II develops and uses advanced clinical management, consultation, education and research to promote quality care for the specific transplant patient populations. Provides growth in a clinical knowledge through research-based practice with peers. This position is responsible for the ongoing training of new staff and keeping up to date with the regulatory changes in UNOS and CMS.Entity

Job Description
Minimum Education and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required and three years related nursing experience. Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Some positions require certification as a generalist in a related specialty area by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
