Job Summary : The Operating Room RN is responsible for all patient care in the procedure room and working with the physician to deliver a successful procedure and outcome for the patient. Duties include - managing procedure room(s) to ensure the rooms are prepped and ready for patients, including room turnovers, stocking supplies, cleaning, etc; administers medication as ordered by physician, following the Moderate Sedation policy; safely monitors and documents care of patients in accordance with policy and procedure and guidelines of care; supports and assists the physicians with care of the patient throughout the procedure.
