Job Description

We have grown steadily over the last 10 years; we have over 12 attorneys with plans to add another 4 over the next few months. We specialize in insurance coverage, general insurance defense, commercial litigation, and business litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze insurance policies, claims, and related documents to provide coverage opinions and advice.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and bad faith lawsuits.
• Attend depositions, court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 3–7 years of experience in insurance coverage law (first party and/or third-party).
• Strong knowledge of general liability, professional liability, D&O, and E&O policies preferred.

Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $165,000 - $235,000 (DOE)
