Overview Hiring: Integrated Digital Marketing & Content Manager Location: Dallas, TX Area (Primarily onsite, Mon–Fri with some nights/weekends) Compensation: $78,000–$85,000 (depending on experience) + full benefits About the Role We’re seeking an innovative Integrated Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead digital strategy while also driving content creation across multiple restaurant brands. This role blends digital marketing expertise with hands-on creative execution — from loyalty and CRM campaigns to engaging content for email, social, websites, and paid media. You’ll play a key role in elevating brand visibility, enhancing the guest journey, and supporting business growth through data-driven strategies and storytelling. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage loyalty, CRM, email, SMS, and fundraising campaigns that boost retention and engagement. Oversee website, app, and SEO performance, improving UX and conversion rates. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social, display, and streaming campaigns for maximum ROI. Serve as a content creator, producing compelling copy, visuals, and digital assets aligned with brand voice. Partner with agencies, cross-functional teams, and franchise leadership to deliver integrated campaigns. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5–8 years of digital marketing experience (QSR/restaurant industry preferred). Strong skills in content creation (copywriting, digital design, or multimedia production). Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Paytronix, Punchh, or similar).
