Are you experienced restaurant leaders who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment and know how to drive results through exceptional team leadership?

We're looking for Quick Service Restaurant General Managers to join our growing team in Tacoma, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant location ($1.5M+ annually).
  • Manage all aspects of the business including guest satisfaction, cost control, staffing, and profitability.
  • Analyze and act on P&L statements to meet financial targets.
  • Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) and labor expenditures.
  • Build and retain a high-performing team; reduce turnover through mentorship and team development.
  • Motivate staff to deliver excellent service and exceed performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations — Serve Safe certification required .

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant generating $1.5M+ in annual sales.
  • Strong command of P&L management and COGs control .
  • Proven track record of reducing turnover and developing team members.
  • Serve Safe Certified – Required.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

What We Offer:
