Job Description
Job Title: Roadside Technician
Location: Solon, OH
Respond promptly to dispatch calls for roadside assistance
Perform vehicle services including:
Jump starts
Tire changes (with customer's spare)
Lockout assistance
Fuel delivery
Minor mechanical diagnostics and repairs
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during service
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers
Accurately document service performed and maintain service logs
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of service vehicle and equipment
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Mechanically inclined with basic automotive knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Prior experience in roadside assistance, towing, or vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required
