Rules Analyst/Developer - This is a temp to perm hybrid position where the ideal candidate will go in to the office 3x a week.
You Will:
· Be a credit analyst / rules developer utilizing FICO’s Decision Modeler solution in a high energy, competitive lending environment.
· As part of a team you will maintain a thorough understanding of the FICO Decision Modeler and Decision Management Platform implementation, and the configurable features that can be utilized to create, change, and support business process, product, pricing, and policy rules, partner integrations/interfaces, system workflow capabilities and any other configurable items.
· Partner with business contacts, technical team, and vendor team to design, deliver, and maintain lending originations decisioning capabilities that meet current needs while also being built for growth in a high-volume straight through processing environment.
· Handle requirements gathering, rules creation and testing within an assigned decision area.
Desired qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business/information technology/computer science from four-year college or university preferred.
· 2+ years of experience with FICO’s Decision Modeler, IBM ODM, Experian PowerCurve, Provenir, or similar solution.
· 2+ years of experience in consumer credit.
· Highly articulate with an aptitude in understanding the needs of different teams, with a drive towards clarity in decision making, and communicating clearly to all stakeholders.
· Capacity and passion for solving difficult problems.
· Knack for providing expectational customer service.
· Familiarity with Agile techniques and processes.
· May be required to work more than 40 hours per week as business needs dictate.
