Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget regarding RVs. Ask questions to identify the best options. Develop knowledge of our RV inventory, including models, features, and pricing. Stay updated on new arrivals and manufacturer updates. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and benefits. Negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Explain financing, warranties, and services. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships for repeat business and referrals. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Create promotional campaigns via social media to market our RVs. Represent the dealership at RV shows, community events, and exhibitions to showcase products and gather leads. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or RV sales, with a proven record of meeting goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented, able to work independently and in teams. Proactive in pursuing leads. Willing to work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing, and promotions. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Professional appearance.
