We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Perform product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients. Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to promote products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and territory management. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on upselling opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to inform product development. Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability in lead generation, account management, and customer service. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
