Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to support K-12 students across multiple school locations in the Ashland, MA area. This contract-to-hire role offers a chance to apply your expertise in behavior analysis within an educational setting, focusing on delivering individualized support to students and collaborating with educators and families.

Location:

• Ashland, Massachusetts
• Multiple school locations district-wide

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based strategies
• Monitor and analyze student progress, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments
• Provide training and support to educators and support staff on behavior management techniques
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in educational behavior analysis

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with educators, parents, and students
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate documentation
• Passion for improving student outcomes through behavior analytic interventions

Work Schedule:

• 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Immediate start with assignments expected through October 1st, with potential for extension
• Contract-to-hire position
