Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Watsonville, CA, this full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position offers the opportunity to work within a K-12 school setting, managing a diverse caseload in a supportive educational environment. This contract role involves approximately 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for students.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly.
• Providing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and school district guidelines.

Qualifications and experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation.
• Knowledge of educational laws and regulations related to behavior support.
