You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growth strategy by leveraging data and predictive analytics to focus marketing and sales on the highest-value opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with VP- and Director-level leadership to inform decisions with data and implement tools and processes that scale. What you'll do: Own and develop predictive models to score and segment prospective customers to match them with the best acquisition channel Own and implement the testing strategy for World Journey’s lead scoring models, driving continuous improvement in the models and their impact on the business Get beyond the dashboards to analyze B2C sales and marketing data and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership. Collaborate with Engineering and Sales leadership to prioritize, test, and implement improvements to the data architecture supporting marketing and sales predictive models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Proven ability to translate business drivers into accurate statistical models, and to translate model outputs for stakeholders in leadership. Experience in hands-on analytical roles with significant business interaction, ideally in a dynamic, high growth setting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teammates throughout the organization, from entry level to VP-level, and between diverse teams (e.g. Engineering and Sales) Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or another analytical field 4+ years of experience in analytical roles focused on growing a business Strong SQL and skills and hands-on experience using Python or similar (R, etc) Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, CRM Analytics, e.g.) – and curiosity to master and improve our specific tools Why you’ll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!
