Location: Miami (Brickell)

• Base salary: $65-$75K (DOE) + commission

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Consultant you will be given the chance to move into an end-to-end search role as you progress. You’ll be immersed in active mandates and client delivery, working directly with Principals and Partners on high-impact retained searches.

You will:

• Build market maps and conduct detailed research across industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors
• Engage with senior-level candidates across North America, Europe, and Asia
• Support pitch preparation, candidate assessment, and client reporting
• Bring in your own clients
• Participate in weekly project calls and contribute to active mandates

The Ideal Candidate:

• Based in Miami or open to relocation
• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and motivated by long-term development over short-term sales
• Comfortable presenting, interviewing, and thinking commercially
• Strong academic background and written communication skills are a must
