We're seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract top talent across all levels from entry-level to executive positions. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies, build strong pipelines, and work closely with hiring managers and leadership to support the company's growth and culture.

• Lead candidate screening and interviews, assessing qualifications and cultural fit
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear, proactive communication
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry events
• Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs
• Negotiate and extend competitive offers
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS records, and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and process improvements
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and stay current with industry trends
• Support other ad hoc recruitment and talent initiatives as needed

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
• Experience filling roles from entry-level to executive positions
• Expertise in direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and ATS systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and build trust with candidates and stakeholders

• Play a key role in shaping the company's talent strategy and building high-performing teams

The Senior Recruiter is an on-site position based at our Irvine office , ideal for candidates within a commutable distance. This position is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship. This Full-time, Exempt role offers a base salary up to $75,000 , plus a strong commission structure with significant earning potential .
