Job Description

Currently seeking a well seasoned Program Management leader to drive rare disease programs in mid to late stage, all the way through to commercialization. The ideal candidate will have lead cross functional teams, previously have worked in a small biotech environment, and someone who is passionate about process improvement and establishing progress.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma
• Deep understanding of drug development from preclinical through commercialization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when engaging executive teams.
• A strategic, systems-level thinker who anticipates challenges and builds creative solutions.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for excellence and innovation.
