Job Description
Matrix Construction, LLC is a very busy commercial and residential remodeling company. Our teams work full time all year. The pay rate is based on your skill level and knowledge. There is room for advancement at Matrix based on your work performance and growth.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in building and remodeling residential and commercial properties. The following are key characteristics:
Skilled craftsman - must know how to do all aspects of remodeling, including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, tile, siding, windows, doors, trim, etc.
Must have your own hand/power tools
Troubleshooter - able to address challenges on projects and provide recommended solutions.
Quality and customer service focused
Full time employees are offered health insurance, including medical and vision, after 90 days of employment. Employees earn 1 sick/personal day per quarter upon hire.
