About the Role: 

We're looking for a Senior Web Engineer who's not just experienced, but truly passionate about crafting exceptional experiences. If you have 5+ years in Front-end or Full-stack development and a strong history of technical leadership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll lead the charge in building scalable, secure, and user-centric web applications, mentor rising talent, and help shape the future of engineering culture through innovation and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:  

Web Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and websites
• Ensure applications are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with user experience best practices

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing code reviews and constructive feedback
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces
• Contribute technical expertise to planning and execution of web development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards
• Participate in code reviews, debug issues, and continuously improve development processes

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Implement advanced security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity

Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and product quality

Problem Solving & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide support for production incidents and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

What you need to succeed: 

• 5+ years of Front-end or full-stack development web experience
• Advanced proficiency in JS, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Vue
• Experience designing scalable systems and leading complex web architecture decisions
• Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and secure coding practices
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical intiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn tools and frameworks quickly
• Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Working Conditions:

· In-office 100% of the time
