Job Title: Strategic Website Director

Location: New Hyde Park, NY (1 day onsite)

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $140,0000-$150,000

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Web Strategy Director with a visionary approach to lead our client's web properties into new frontiers. This role will be pivotal in reimagining the website and enhancing their digital presence to meet modern consumer demands and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that aligns with organizational priorities.
Build and lead a team of strategists, potentially integrating UX functions under this group.
Directly interact with executive stakeholders i to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and gain executive buy-in through compelling storytelling and presentations.
Regularly liaise with IT, analytics teams, and other technical groups to ensure that all web strategies are technically feasible and optimally supported.
Oversee the redesign and functional enhancement of the website, ensuring a superior user experience and efficient user journey that culminates in key conversions, such as appointment bookings.
Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of digital innovation.
Work cross-functionally to gather insights from business stakeholders, assess current digital assets, and deliver a strategic plan that reflects both immediate and long-term digital goals.
Drive content strategy, and work with copywriters and designers to bring to life

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in web strategy, UX leadership, and project management within a consumer-centric industry, preferably healthcare.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Drupal CMS.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering presentations to senior management.
Experience in working collaboratively with IT departments and managing cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both in detailed planning and big picture strategy
