Supply Chain Specialist

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Specialist with a reputable healthcare client. The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and distributing supplies and equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable working early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays, and spending extended periods on their feet.

At this time, Apex is not able to consider candidates for this role who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• Accurately maintain perpetual inventory in storerooms and automated supply stations.
• Track and manage specialty equipment used across various departments.
• Pull and stage supplies and equipment based on orders received through internal supply management systems.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to designated areas within established time guidelines.
• Inventory, restock, and maintain specialty carts, including emergency response carts.
• Communicate with team members and internal customers via phone, in-person, and computer to coordinate deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain, inventory, and replenish supply locations using electronic pick tickets generated from daily cycle counts.

Location: Greenville, SC

Onsite expectation: 100% onsite

Shift: 3:00 AM 11:30 AM (rotating every other weekend and holiday; weekend hours: 12:00 AM 8:30 AM)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

Pay range: $12-$16/hr W2
