Job Title: Remote Support Desk Associate
Hourly Pay: $21 - $27/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to simple support questions via chat, email, or ticket systems

• Follow up with users to confirm their issues are resolved

• Work collaboratively with your remote teammates
