Tooling Mold Maker to help us keep quality at the core of everything we do.
What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers): \n - Highly skilled with electrode design and machining.
\n - Build and repair molds that power our presses and production.
\n - Tame the machines: CNCs, lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs—you name it.
\n - Decode blueprints and engineering drawings like a pro.
\n - Recommend improvements to make our tools even better.
\n - Prep molds for production with pinpoint precision.
\n - Use software to check 3D designs and bring them to life.
\n - Measure twice (maybe three times) and cut once—accuracy is key.
\n - Team up with our Tooling Manager and leads to troubleshoot and perfect.
\n - Keep detailed notes and records on tool performance and maintenance.

What You Bring: \n - Journeyman Tool & Die Maker status—this isn't your first rodeo.
\n - \n 5-10 years of plastic injection mold experience .
\n - CAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM knowledge? Yes, please.
\n - Bonus points for experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Charmilles, and Okuma.
\n - Mechanical know-how and the muscle to lift 50 lbs when needed.
\n - Tech-savvy mindset and sharp attention to detail.
\n - Team spirit with strong communication chops.
\n

Pay That Reflects Your Skills: $46.24 - $52.00/hour (Based on experience)
