\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Must have cardiac experience and strong critical care experience required
\n• Work 12-hour shifts with 2:1 patient ratios
\n• 4-week scheduling periods with 3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period
\n• Float to other units as needed based on census
\n• Advanced skills needed include PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT preferred
\n• Procedures performed include central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Dress code: Galaxy blue, red, or black scrubs with scrub jackets or vests only
\n• Work with Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors
\n• Documentation system: Meditech
\n• Student nurse externs available as techs
\n• Unit secretary available Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
\n• Work with 32-bed CCU unit including 12 beds allotted specifically for cardiogenic shock patients
