Job Description

Overview Zimmer Communications is looking for a talented video producer to join our creative team. Position Summary We're looking for a skilled and energetic videographer who can take projects from concept to completion. You'll work on a variety of client and internal projects, creating engaging video content that drives results. This role offers opportunities to work across the full production process while collaborating with our internal teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts, storyboards and scripts for client and internal property video projects. Produce and direct video shoots, including promotional content, branded videos, educational materials, etc. Edit video content for various platforms and formats, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards across platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Stay current with video trends, particularly for social media content and emerging formats. Assist as needed with short form content produced by other internal teams. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure video content aligns with overall client marketing strategies. Maintain and organize video equipment and digital assets. Provide creative input during client sales and onboarding process. Meeting with clients on a regular basis to review content, discuss strategy and map out creative. Required Qualifications Proven experience in video production, including pre- and post-production. Strong portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form video content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop). Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording. Knowledge of current social media video trends and platform-specific best practices. Excellent time management and collaborative abilities. Ability to adapt storytelling to the appropriate video content and client direction. Ability to work independently and take creative direction. Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion graphics and animation. Knowledge of color grading and sound design. Experience with iMac, Google Suite, and Basecamp. Understanding of video compression and optimization for various platforms. Drone operation certification(s).
