Power of Fitness is a community-driven fitness center dedicated to helping individuals achieve healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling lives. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our administrative, scheduling, and customer service operations from a remote location.
The Virtual Assistant will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional member support, and efficient coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced fitness environment.
Manage member inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and timely responses
Schedule, confirm, and adjust member appointments, personal training sessions, and class bookings
Assist with membership registration, renewals, cancellations, and account updates
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and administrative documents
Help create and post basic social media updates and announcements
Provide administrative support to management (data entry, reports, follow-up communication, reminders)
Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with the finance team as needed
Track member attendance, feedback, and outreach activities
Support marketing tasks such as email campaigns and promotional material updates
Perform other remote administrative duties as assigned
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or remote administrative support role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and cloud-based platforms
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram preferred)
Customer service experience is a plus
Familiarity with fitness or wellness industry operations
Experience handling customer accounts, billing, or membership systems
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
Flexible remote schedule
