Our onboarding and development processes are industry-leading. Your first 5 days with us will be an intensive, transformative experience. You'll build a solid skill foundation, from mastering lead conversion techniques to delivering outstanding buyer/seller presentations and becoming proficient with contracts. Our goal? To have you showing properties and closing transactions as swiftly as possible.

What we seek in our agents:

1. A commitment to assisting sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions
2. Proficiency in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
3. Ability to conduct thorough property evaluations to determine accurate property values
4. A promise to maintain accessibility and responsiveness to clients' needs
5. Precision in keeping all systems and CRM platforms updated with data from our channel partners, including Zillow
