Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Client Service Rep to join our client’s growing team in the food ingredient industry, based in West Dundee, IL . This role is ideal for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker with a background in Food Science or a related scientific discipline . No prior experience is required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
As a Spanish/English Client Service Rep, you’ll collaborate with technical teams and customers to support innovative solutions, promote products, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the food industry
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Travel to customer sites (approx. 30% after direct hire)
Work closely with sales and R&D teams to develop tailored product solutions
Keep up to date on food science trends and product developments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (Biochemistry or similar accepted)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Sales experience in the food industry is a plus (not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed

Contract-to-Hire opportunity
