💵 Pay Rate : $24.57/hour
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift)
📆 Duration: 15 weeks | On-site | Temporary

What You'll Do:
📅 Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential correspondence
📞Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings; take minutes and track follow-ups
🗂️ Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold organizational policies
📊 Prepare reports and presentations as required by management
📝 Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4-5 years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional email/calendar systems
✅ Experience with scheduling tools or project management software is a plus
