The Supply Chain Trainee Program (SCTP) is designed to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change makers, allowing recent graduates to develop and gain exposure to different roles and challenges. Role summary: The SCTP provides a 360° view of the supply chain by exposing participants to operations within Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or Logistics Central Services teams. The program aims to develop frontline manager capabilities in warehouses or logistics support, with leadership and functional trainings and real project work with business impact. It is designed to prepare you for future leadership within the organization. Job Responsibilities Rotate through functions in field warehouses or Central Services teams to gain a holistic understanding of the site. Gain front-line experience by leading teams and/or executing operational processes hands-on. Learn about supply chain support functions and other functions within operational facilities. Prepare for first placement as a frontline manager in Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within Central Services teams. Participate in development opportunities to boost supply chain skillset through leadership and functional trainings. Engage in project work with real business impact—solving problems or implementing improvements in the supply chain. Receive exposure to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program. Job Qualifications Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or greater. A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business helps, but all majors are accepted. Geographical and functional mobility—open to different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 12-month training program and beyond. Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities. Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations. Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages several projects and teams, and remains adaptable to change. Open-minded, insightful, innovative, and curious about outcomes and why things work the way they do. Willingness to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve processes; not afraid of calculated risk.
