Salary: $23 / Hour Behavioral Therapist (ABA) - 2025-2026 School Year Locations: Bellflower Unified (Also hiring in Compton Unified, ABC Unified. and Inglewood) Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, during school hours Are you passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral strategies? Your Role: + Implement 1:1 behavioral support services using ABA principles + Support students' academic and social goals under the supervision of educational and clinical teams + Monitor student behavior, assist with goal tracking, and support IEP teams + Foster a consistent and respectful learning environment Qualifications: + Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience + High school diploma or GED + CPR and TB clearance required (we'll assist with onboarding) + Must meet all state, federal, and district requirements If you're looking for a full-time, stable opportunity to grow in the behavioral health field, apply now and make a lasting impact with Amergis.
