Pay Scale: $65,000.00-130,000.00 a year Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest repair methods and techniques for the vehicles sold and serviced by the dealership
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble each vehicle to OEN and company standards
• Perform all collision repairs in accordance to OEM and company standards
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform welding, soldering, and body alignment operations
• Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify estimator in a timely manner if additional damage is found or if additional parts are needed to complete repairs
• Attend I-Car training classes and keeps abreast of OEM repair guidelines
• Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner
• Maintain workspace/stall in an orderly and clean manner

• Must have collision repair experience
• Ability to complete light to heavy repairs
• Ability to complete structural work
• Product knowledge
• Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
• Organized & Guest focused
• Willing to submit to a pre- hire background check
• Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
