Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Full-time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST)
  • The Analyst position within Retail Operations involves monitoring and executing day-to-day workflow activities, managing medium to complex exception handling activities, and meeting service level agreements with internal and external customers.
  • The Analyst must become a subject matter expert in assigned business function areas, spending the majority of their time reconciling utility payments with customer invoicing.
  • The Analyst will directly collaborate with team members, project groups, Information Technology, and cross-functional teams to support changing business needs.
  • Able to work an 8 to 5 schedule M-F (position will be a hybrid of remote and at least 1 day in-office per week)
  • Home office space with limited distractions (including office equipment – monitors (at least 2), keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; CRM
  • EDI
  • Utility billing
  • Payment reconciliation
  • EDI, Accounting, Payment Reconciliation
  • Experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office programs like Excel/Word, SQL (preferred but not required)
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with teammates and autonomously
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Intermediate or advanced analysis/critical thinking skills
  • Experience with issue resolution
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills
  • Adaptable to processes or systems changes
  • Able to provide positive service experience to internal and external stakeholders
  • General: Takes initiative, flexible, willing, positive attitude
